Transferable on a Form 3
Item Description
This Chester County Armory listing is for an excellent condition Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW 9x19mm NATO transferable Fleming HK sear sub machine gun.
This wonderful condition transferable machine gun is powered by a fully transferable, NFA registered, Fleming HK sear housed in an MP5 four position Navy pack that features safe, semi-auto, three round burst, and full-auto capabilities. This pack was initially set-up by HK Gunsmith Mike Otte of Michaels Machines. This sear pack then resides in an SP5K Title One pistol that has been professionally upgraded by Mike Otte to function as a newer production HK sear host gun. In addition to making this pistol sear ready, Michaels Machines also professionally installed an HK tri-lug Navy barrel that is threaded 1/228 and a paddle magazine release, as well as properly remarked the weapon to read MP5K-N.
Overall, this weapon is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. The metalwork is solid with no dents, dings, cracks, gouges, or malformations, the BCG and bolt group note almost no wear, the bolt face is crisp and clean, and the barrel is bright and shiny with crisp, clean rifling and well-defined lands and grooves. Cosmetically, this weapon is also in excellent overall condition, with only minimal handling marks. There is minor surface scratch in the painted finish in front of the ejection port, but this mark is only cosmetic in nature, and will cause no operational concerns whatsoever. The polymer vertical grip and four position trigger housing are in new condition, and the folding HK marked PDW stock displays only minor wear and use markings.
This beautiful example of the worlds foremost desired sub machine gun is fully transferable, and is currently on an eForm-capable Form 3 for easy transfer. The current Form 3 lists Fleming as the manufacturer of this machine gun sear and HK as the model. The SP5K pistol will transfer separately as a Title One handgun. This transferable machine gun package will come with one HK German production 30rd magazine, as well as the original SP5K semi-automatic trigger pack to allow the weapon to be easily separated from the sear and used as a semi-automatic pistol, if so desired. The original SP5K foregrip and rear end cap are also included, as under ATF rules, the vertical foregrip and stock must be removed to remain NFA legal if the sear pack is removed from the weapon.
